Just wanted to pop in online and share our Luna Moms Tip of the week!
Did you receive a gift that isn't quite "you"? Do you need to find homes for some of those holiday gifts that are duplicates of things you already have?
Organize a neighborhood pick-up from a local charity just after the holidays. Rally your neighbors to pitch in too, so all those unwanted gifts can go to good homes.
Enjoy the holidays and remember to squeeze in some fitness in between the servings of pie! Perhaps lunge walk from the kitchen to the dining room, do squats in the kitchen while stirring the gravy or just do some calf raises in time with your Christmas caroling. Give your family some extra hugs from me and I will see you back at Stroller Strides on Monday!
